Employee Resource Groups
An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a group of employees who identify with others like themselves. This may include race, gender, age, sexual orientation, working parents, functional level, disability, veterans, etc. The group comes together and actively engages and gathers around a unifying mission. At Newfront, we have seven ERGs that provide support and community for our employees.
DE&I Council
The DE&I Council at Newfront works as a steering committee to help make sure we are attracting, motivating, and retaining team members from diverse backgrounds while bringing diverse thought and leadership to our company.
The DE&I Council works to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all members of Newfront feel they are treated fairly, respected, and represented. They strive for all employees to have a healthy work and personal life balance and are empowered to excel, as they are, in their respective careers.

DeWayne Anderson Joins Newfront as DE&I Program Manager
Our first DE&I program manager, DeWayne Anderson, M.E.d, is focused on solidifying Newfront’s ongoing commitment to creating and retaining an inclusive environment for all prospective and current employees. Anderson will continue to build an environment where all team members feel they can be unapologetically and authentically themselves and employees completely emerge themselves.
Newfront Launches ERG to Amplify its Asian American Pacific Islander Community
The newest employee resource group (ERG) at Newfront has come together to do exactly what its name implies: Amplify AAPI. By uplifting and supporting one another, the group of Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPI) and allies are giving voice to our community while continuing to build on Newfront’s foundation of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Target Diverse Communities
A unique partnership that brought the COVID‑19 vaccine to thousands of members of diverse communities in the Seattle area had a little help from Advanced Professionals Insurance & Benefit Solutions, whose staff were among the dozens of volunteers needed to keep patients safely flowing through each of the pop-up vaccine clinics.
